download livesuit and driver
extract both files
install livesuite
open livesuite
click on select img
choose  TZX-Q8-713B7_2127_AD06_2X0308_20121212C
press volume up on tablet then connect usb cable
install driver if needed (driver in livesuit folder)
wait until done
