go to qualcomm tab
with the power on phone
hold volume up and down and power button until it goes to pink screen
now insert usb cable to phone and computer
install driver if needed (to install driver turn on phone then go to my computer you see the huawie drive open and install driver)
select huawie incorporated in com port
tick direct unlock
wait until done when you see OK on y210 pink screen
remove battery then insert sim card
