This firmware are use with spflashtool for flashing you can download latest version of spflashtool  download driver if needed read carefully before download firmware at the link below How to flash with spflashtool?

1. download all things needed firmware, spflashtool and driver
2. extract all downloaded in seperate folder
3. open spflashtool
4. browse downloaded Arc Mobile Android TV 403D then select "MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc"
5. on spflastool window select firmware upgrade (see image below)
6. now click download
7. with the phone turn off connect usb cable to pc install driver if needed
8. wait until you see the OK window in flash tool
9. now turn on phone
